I purchased a RAV4 on 11/27/2022 and the customer service provided by my sales person, Luke Sharpe was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to purchase my vehicle from. He made sure from the beginning to the end of the purchase that I was happy. He definitely looks out for your best interest. The service manager, Elliot Decker was also very knowledgeable and professional as well! He made sure that my car was in excellent condition. I highly recommend Harpswell Auto Sales for purchasing a vehicle. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the very best, I would have to say they exceed the 10! If you want an enjoyable experience when purchasing a vehicle I highly recommend Harpswell Auto Sales!

We can't say enough about how positive our experience was with Harpswell Auto! Salesman Don Smith was outstanding! We found a van we were interested in on their website, it was located at the dealership in Harpswell, Don was more than accommodating and had it brought up to Lewiston for us to test drive, and the rest was history! The top shelf detail team made our new van shine like brand new.We highly recommend Harpswell Auto!

Was directed to Harpswell Auto Sales by my best friend who has only ever bought cars from them (THANK YOU ASHLEIGH), and I couldn't be happier!! Donny in the Lewiston location was seriously so down to earth and very easy to work with. He wanted to help us get into the car that WE wanted and wasn't pushy at all (as some car dealers can be). We left the lot with a beautiful 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and will most assuredly do business with them again!!

Recent purchase of a 2018 Honda CV. Low miles (35k), fair pricing, excellent service, great warranty. I do not like spending hours in a dealership going back and forth on pricing and getting paperwork together and done. Justin gave me bottom dollar on phone, had all paperwork done before I arrived. Highly recommend Harpswell if looking for a good, low mile, used vehicle.

I worked with both Donny and Jared, and they both made this process super easy and stress free. This was really the first time I have gone in to buy a car and I appreciate the friendliness that all the workers have. I went to the Lewiston Location, and the only problem I saw was that the lot is really tight for space.

We recently bought an F150 from Harpswell, and were so happy, that a day later we bought a Jeep wrangler from them. With both purchases the transaction was smooth, in & out. Staff was friendly, helpful and didn't provide any pressure at all. I would highly recommend the sales staff at the Harpswell Location.

I went into the Lewiston location, being closer to my house. Jared was great right from the start. He hooked us up with a great car. 2019 Hyundai Sonata with 22,000 miles! It’s like driving a brand new car! All the bells and whistles. This car should last for quite awhile! Wife loves it! Salesmen we’re very helpful and work together.

My husband and I desperately needed a second vehicle for our household and we reached out to Harpswell Auto. Luke at the Harpswell location was an absolute dream to work with! Luke was great to work with! He was friendly and approachable and made the entire experience easy and stress free. Luke made sure we were able to test drive as many vehicles as we needed to find the one that worked best for us and did a great job providing us with many options in our budget. The dealership had a great selection of vehicles to chose from. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anybody looking for a hassle free car buying experience!

I called them up the harpswell location told them what I was looking for Lucas sent me pictures of a Mazda 2 really didn't like it but he said no problem didn't try to push me on it then told me about the kia a couple days later I was sold on it worked with me on the down payment and everything I was very pleased definitely will try to send people his way

I have to absolutely say that dealing with Harpswell Auto Sales was a much more relaxed and not pushy kind of sales experience. Rather than push they inform. Luke was a great sales Rep to deal with. He looked at every option possible to make the best option for me. I have got to say that after this sale I’ll be dealing with them again in the future.

They don't get any better than the group of guys that helped me get into my truck...I blew the transmission in my 04 blazer and was in dire need of wheels to tow my boat for work everyday...Donny is like sitting down with your bestfriend...the two others that worked tirelessly to get my financing and put it through are two of a kind at their jobs....they don't get any better!! We always have good experience with Harpswell Auto! Lucas our sales rep was super patient and let me try a number of vehicles out before deciding on what I wanted! Down to earth and friendly! It was one of the best vehicle shopping experience I’ve ever had. Alex B. Was great friendly and helpful within a day had the truck I wanted. Very eager to work with me. Definitely more of a warm relaxing environment which made it very easy. Alex was quick to respond and didn’t try to sell me on something that was more then I needed stuck to my wishes.

I went online, looked at a few options and had a few questions so I sent a chat message. Kyle responded back to me very quickly. He answered my questions, sent me the paperwork and we made arrangements for me to come down and look closer at cars. I had a great time at the office. Everyone was friendly helpful and I felt like I've known the guys for a long time. Kyle made the process quick, worry free and made sure the plan worked for me. Great team. They have a 24 hour help line if you have questions in the middle of the night. I actually chatted with someone about my car at 2 in the am. Was great. Then when I went to test drive it Justin was amazing. He made sure I sat in many vehicles so I could be sure I was getting what I really wanted. They held my car for a week while the bank got things straight and Justin was great through it all. Highly recommend stopping in. All the cars are open with tons of different types of cars. He was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was sitting with a friend rather then a “car salesman” He found everything I was looking for and more. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want or need. The mileage is super low and the payments are affordable!!!! Went in on Tuesday after having problems with our car not starting.. Luke did his best to make sure we got the vehicle we needed ! We needed a 3rd row to ensure we had space when the newest member of our family arrives and they were so accommodating! My family has bought 7 vehicles from Harpswell auto always been treated well, they work hard to find ways to get you in the vehicles you want. Recently worked with Alex (sales) he was wonder along with the rest of the staff. As for the service department Elliott has been wonderful with getting the vehicles fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them. I understand many people have many complaints although they need to remember when they buy a used vehicle they should buy a warranty and take care of the vehicle and if they don't that is there stupidity and need to stop blaming the sales people and the service department

I have been working with these guys for about a week trying to get everything together. Today I went in to finalize everything and there were only 2 guys on staff. They were swamped but were still doing their best to accommodate everyone. Donny was who we worked with today and he did a great job explaining any discrepancies and reassured us on all details of the transaction. He's a great guy and went out of his way to make sure we walked away happy. We love our new truck and appreciate the customer service that we were provided. Will definitely recommend and look to Harpswell for future purchases.

Justin at the harpswell location was very helpful in finding a car for me. I had been using a rental for about 3 months after totaling my car. He spent all day- for two days dedicating time to answer all my questions and search for the perfect fit. He sent me some good options to start with. Super open with communication, I was able to text him throughout the day. Which was super convenient for me and allowed me to keep record of the conversation. I let him know which cars wouldn’t work and why. He listened, several moments later he came back me a great car, all wheel drive, great gas mileage and super reliable being rated top 5 in most reliable.

Overall good experience. Got bummed at first cuz every car I was interested in kept selling before I could get there to see it! When I finally made the appointment to go, they even came and picked me up and brought me to the dealership so I didn't have to pay for a taxi! ❤️ after test driving one, not being in love with it, the guys pulled a storm cloud grey blue hot little Mazda out for me that hadn't even been posted to their site yet and I loved it. Furthermore they agreed to take my trade-in sight unseen AND would come haul it away! Sure they are are a little expensive but they work with anyone and have been super accommodating. Plus I get a free oil change with this review! Highly recommend.

I decided I wanted a pickup and have lousy credit. I saw their abundance of ads on Facebook and decided to give them a try. Justin was my salesman. Pleasant knowledgeable and fast I might have been at the dealership for 45 minutes. Left with a 2015 ram which I enjoy and didn't think I could get with my subpar credit. Harpswell auto was there to help when others couldn't or wouldn't and considering the bad credit the price and payment were pretty decent. For anyone looking for a nice vehicle and has shaky credit harspwell auto especially Justin merit serious consideration. Thank you for a job well done. Tom

My boyfriend had been turned away at a dealership in Portland - and by recommendation by his friend, we checked out Harpswell Auto Sale. He filled out the application online at 630 in the morning and had a phone call by 7! We drove up and Lucas had a truck waiting to be test drove that fit his budget. Within the hour we had everything done and was driving home in his new truck!! Thank you so much to Lucas for creating a stress free environment and walking him through everything! My baby & I went to get a car 2 days ago & I don’t have the best credit & I just came back to work after maternity leave & I am a single parent with a single income. The man who helped us tried so hard to make sure we left with a car that day & we got great service & I am super happy with my new car which is reliable and safe for me and my baby.
